Preceding any official Discord announcement, an event notifier was posted on the game's Roblox page announcing the event. Beyond confirming the return of all previous Summer Paradise items, the notifier also reveals the release of two new creatures which are described as: "A mysterious Betta-Fish inspired species, as well as a species inspired by a familiar cuddly friend..."[1] The betta fish inspired species was later revealed to be OriOri, and the design of the familiar cuddly creature was revealed to be Capukoralu.

Minigames
The Summer Paradise Event introduced several minigames which can be used to gather Pearls.
Sniffin' Out Trouble
The Sniffin' Out Trouble minigame was added in part one of the event, very similar to the one introduced during the Summer Paradise Event 2024 event. It features a big Palmtree Plushie and two smaller versions located at Pride Rocks. After interacting (E or Tap screen or X on Xbox), players must complete the quest they receive from the minigame within five minutes. A randomly generated quest (which takes into account the type of creatures currently present on the server) will appear, requiring the player to sniff for a creature of a specific tier, diet, or mobility type. Completing one of these missions rewards the player with
5 Pearls; however, every 5 missions completed it will provide
20 Pearls. As such, completing 5 quests give the player a total of
40 Pearls (20 from the first 4 missions and 20 from the 5th mission). There is also a two-minute cooldown after completing or failing the quest.
Aqua Ring Rush
The Aqua Ring Rush minigame was added in part one of the event, very similarly to the one from Summer Paradise Event 2024. It features a large Serpent Plushie located at Seaweed Depths. Five light blue rings are scattered around the area and Rocky Drop biomes, positioned just above the surface of the water. Players must find and dart through all five of these rings within 2 minutes. Completing this minigame awards the player with
20 Pearls; if the time expires, a defeat fanfare will play, and the message "Oh no! Time has expired" will pop up. The minigame has a 5-minute cooldown before it can be played again.
If a player menues or dies, a message indicating Aqua Ring Rush was cancelled will appear.
To be able to play the minigame, the player must be a creature that can dart. Glider semi-aquatics, aqua-gliders, skyquatics, and all-terrains are not allowed to play this minigame, regardless of whether they have the dart ability.
Card Matching
The Card Matching or Card Match minigame, introduced in part two of the event, follows the same formula as the previous card matching minigame from other events. For this minigame, there are four crystal flowers located at Pride Rocks, Tundra, Mesa, and Volcano Island. Players can interact (E or Tap screen or X on Xbox) with these crystal flowers to initiate a memory matching minigame, in which 16 mystery cards are shown on screen. In one-minute, the player must guess and match all 8 card pairs together. There is also a five-minute cooldown from all crystal flowers after completing or failing the puzzle. The player will be rewarded with
60 Pearls after completing the minigame.
Shimmering Shells Scavenge
The Shimmering Shells Scavenge minigame was intoduced in part two of the event and is located at Flower Cove. It features red, blue, yellow, and green shimmering shells. Players are required to find five shimmering shells of specific colors around the map within 6 minutes. These shells can despawn after a certain time. Upon successful completion, players are rewarded with
130 Pearls. The minigame also has a 5-minute cooldown before it can be played again.
Mylo's Cauldron Crafting
This minigame, located at the Volcano Island, is a find-and-retrieve style game, where you must locate ingredients for one of three recipe/cauldron: Easy, Medium, and Hard. You are not locked into completing any one in particular, you may swap between them freely. The cooldown for completing an Easy recipe is 5 minutes, 10 minutes for the Medium recipe, and 15 minutes for the Hard recipe.
The ingredients that need to be gathered depend on the recipe, and are chosen from a pool. Only 3 ingredients out of said pool will need to be collected at any time, but multiples of those ingredients (1-5) may be requested. The type of ingredients also depend on the tier of the creature doing the minigame, with greater tiers indicating greater size of resources, albeit at the moment this is purely cosmetic and does not need more raw resources as a greater tier to gather.
Ingredients may be located around the map either lying around, or by interacting with specific parts of the environment.
A list of some items and their locations. If they are too big, smaller creatures cannot grab or drag them. Some of these (like cattails and mushrooms) may be easier to spot if Performance Mode is Disabled.
- Aloe Vera leaf: from breaking aloe-like plants you attack near certain arid areas (f.ex. oasis pond, Jungle or Mesa).
- Bones (small/large)/Bone Fragments: scattered throughout the map, as white cartoony, flat bones, and ribcages (f.ex. on Swamp Hill and Volcano Island). Sometimes from dead creatures.
- Boulder/Pebble: scattered throughout the map, more often in rocky areas. Pebbles are the smallest.
- Sticks/Branches/Logs: breaking some trees, certain bushes.
- Bulrush stem: attacking cattails near ponds and lakes.
- Cactus: breaking apart cactus.
- Crystal shard/fragments/clusters: breaking crystals (f.ex. in caves in Volcano Island or Flower Cove).
- Grass tuft: attacking certain bushes and green splotches.
- Lily petal/flower: breaking flowers/grabbing from lily flowers scattered throughout the map.
- Moss chunk (tiny/small/medium/large/enormous): from grabbing chunks from certain green splotches near the edge of certain water spots, usually drinkable water. Grabbing chunks has a cooldown.
- Mud pile chunk (tiny/small/medium/large/enormous): from grabbing chunks of Mud Piles, the ones that provide hidden scent. Grabbing chunks has a cooldown.
- Mushroom/mushroom caps: attacking mushrooms.
- Obsidian: from attacking the purple crystals located on magmatic and lava areas, like Volcano Island.
- Salt lumps/piles/: breaking crystals.
- Skull (Tier 1/2/3/4/5): killed creatures. Their tier determines their size. Too large skulls cannot be carried by too small creatures.
- Twig/palm bark fragment: attacking palm trees (f.ex. in Flower Cove, Oasis or Volcano Island).
Upon completing a specific cauldron recipe, the player recieves the following rewards: Easy recipe rewards
30 Pearls, Medium recipe rewards
90 Pearls, and Hard recipe rewards
180 Pearls. There is also a certain chance to receive either an Ocean Depths Palette, Peachy Sands Palette, Charming Pearl Palette or a Summer Shine Signature Look.
