The '''LSS''' ('''''L'''and, '''S'''ea, '''S'''ky'') '''Event of 2022''' was released on May 20<sup>th</sup> as the game's first LSS Event, with a planned duration of two weeks. This event is the first whose parts are not divided by time, but by missions happening at the same time.

== Parts ==
The event is comprised of 4 parts, all of which have global and personal goals as well as missions. For players to earn a creature, the community doesn't need to achieve the part’s designated donation goal (it's just visual), but players individually must complete missions and satisfy personal donation goals. The order in which the parts, missions, donations, and global goals are completed can be done however the player wishes (unless explicitly stated). This is done repeatedly, however, the amount and details for each part will vary. Donations until reaching part 4 actually stack, meaning that if you pay for the priciest creature, you don't have to donate again to get a cheaper LSS species.

* Unda Mission: Travel 20 thousand amount of studs as an aquatic and kill 50 NPC fish (Works as a semi-aquatic and all-terrain. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SL0ZVGiot3c You can kill all NPC fish (Shark, Sturgeon, Coelacanth and Shrimp) for points. You need to be a creature that won't one-shot kill the NPC fish, meaning at least more than one bite to them]). One-shotting an NPC will cause that NPC kill to not count towards the Unda Mission NPC kill goal.
* Personal Donation Goal of 10,000 Shooms
Community Goal: 15,000,000 Shooms

<span style="color:#AAFFAA;">All creatures can be earned again with additional donations (except for the Omnis Creature). Once you reach the price and complete the missions for a creature, you automatically get one of its species and the respective counters reset.</span>

Community goals are outside a player’s control. If a community goal is not within the allotted time, the event duration will be lengthened accordingly.

==Trivia==
* It was planned as another normal event until Discord playerbase complained about people obtaining shooms easier during the previous [[Easter Event 2022]], so the devs were forced to remake it as a way to reduce shooms in circulation on the trade realm and hopefully reduce prices of creatures to normal.
* Developers stated that each creature had a probability to return besides the Omnis creature, this was proven false as the [[Novus Warden]] returned in the [[LSS Event 2023]].
* The Omnis Creature would be untradable, and all other LSS creatures would be tradable.
** Despite developers stating Novus Warden is untradable, it had a bug where it was tradable for a while, before it was fixed. As of now, Novus remains untradable.
* It was originally planned to have a donation goal of 100 million shooms and a self donation goal of 70k shooms. This was later changed to 200mil and 35k, and finally changed again to 1,000,000,000 and 35k mush.
