The Fireworks Event of 2025 was a mini event. It began July 11th, 2025 — immediately following the LSS Event 2025 — and lasted two weeks, ending on July 25th. Like most other events, all Fireworks Event items from the previous years returned for its duration. A new event creature, Cindrothar, as well as several new cosmetics also released for the 2025 event. Counting the Fourth of July Event 2023, it was the third Fireworks Event overall.
No unique currency was introduced for the event and it was primarily missions-based. It ran concurrently with the COS X LEGO® Ninjago Legends: Monstrosity 2025 collaboration event.
Pre-release
Teaser from the Roblox event page, later revealed to be Cindrothar
Prior to the event's release, an event notifier was posted to Roblox featuring a teaser for the unreleased event creature as the thumbnail. The description confirms the release of all previous items. Notably, the notifier mentions that "returning plushies, palettes and species from the past years [sic] LSS will also be obtainable this year,"[1] which appears to be a copy-paste error. The exact date of the notifier's release is not recorded, but predates any Discord announcements regarding the event.
The design and name of the new creature — Cindrothar — was later revealed on Discord on July 7th, 2025. Alongside this, the announcement mentions the release of new cosmetic items.
Part 1
Part 1 released at 7/11/2025 and provided a new event creature: Cindrothar, avilable from a certain mission and from the Sparkling Sky Premium Bundle. Other changes were added alongside the patch 137.0. Please note that amongst those changes, the "return of Fireworks Event" also included the return of:
- All previous palettes:
- Firework Palette from a certain interaction, Event Shop and Shimmering Sparks Premium bundle.
- Colorful Fire Palette from the Event Shop.
- All previous plushies:
- Sparkler plushie from the Event Shop.
- Octroma from the Event Shop, for
Robux.
- All previous creatures:
- Return of Firakai from a mission, the Event Shop and Shimmering Sparks Premium bundle.
- Return of Zieti from a mission and the Event Shop.
- Firework props, necessary for all Fireworks Event 2025 missions, returned to the main World with some modifications from past events.
- Alongside this, 3 missions were added to provide free access to Cindrothar, Firakai and Zieti without monetary cost.
- Addition of the Colorful Fire event palette.
- Addition of the Exploding Flames Signature Look.
Aditionally, there were certain important events which were not notified on the official patch but were included on the wiki's iteration of the patch as Shadow Updates which affected this event:
- Addition of a new color palette: the Sparkling Skies color palette, only directly obtainable from the Sparkling Sky premium bundle as of week 1 of the event.
- Cindrothar is also part of the Sparkling Sky bundle from this event.
Firework
Fireworks have been reocurring items throughout all the previous iterations of this event. For this year, fireworks present the following quirks:
- Fireworks will appear randomly in the Main World (Sonaria) as grabbable objects on at least 7 different locations (however, more than 7 fireworks can sometimes appear at any time, leaing to multiple fireworks being piled up on the same location). Once picked up (E or Tap screen or X on Xbox), these items will have their 10-second fuse light up upon dropping them down (G or Click/Tap screen on respective G pop-up on Mobile). Once that fuse is completely consumed the firework rocket will launch upwards and explode into fireworks.
- Upon exploding, these fireworks will launch bright-neon-colored cubes which deal 5% damage on contact - stay away from the firework rocket before that happens!
- There's also a small chance that the explosion provides the Firework Palette upon detonation.
- Shortly after release, fireworks became scentable, and when scenting, a small area around them turns beige pink.
Missions
Three missions were released during Part 1 of the event, all of which yield creatures as a reward. This is currently the only way to obtain Cindrothar, whereas the returning creatures Zieti and Firakai are also obtainable from the shop.
Cindrothar Obtainment
- Missions:
- Venerate a large (Tier 4) creature
- Grow 5 large flying creatures to adult
- Complete the Daily Mission 3 times
- Explode fireworks 10 times
- Reward: x1 Cindrothar species
- Cooldown: 24 hours
Zieti Obtainment
- Missions:
- Venerate to a new stage on a Volcanic creature
- Grow 5 medium (Tier 3) fliers creatures to adult
- Complete the Daily Mission 4 times
- Explode fireworks 20 times
- Reward: x1 Zieti species
- Cooldown: 24 hours
Firakai Obtainment
- Missions:
- Complete the Weekly Mission once
- Grow 7 medium (Tier 3) terrestrials to adult
- Complete the Daily Mission 5 times
- Explode fireworks 30 times
- Reward: x1 Firakai species
- Cooldown: 24 hours
Part 2
Part 2 released on 7/18/2025, and came with the additions of the Crisp Smoke Signature Look, as well as the Neon Catchup Premium Bundle and providing the Sparkling Skies Color Palette outside premium bundles. Unrelated to the Event, Fellisio received a remodel and Gryvila received a redesign, among other things detailed on the Patch Notes/138.0 page.
