Wasn't Parahexilian not given fire breath due to the artist's request? In lore, fire breath on Parahexilian would be it just spewing its insides out

I believe the neck frills and "ears" could be ceras and rhinosphores that can be found on sea slugs

For the "Well you aren't required to get this title" argument, yeah, true, you aren't required, but some people are collectors at heart just like how some people are addicted to this game, this just feels like the developers trying to get people stuck to the game, but it just makes the developers look crazy in my opinion

If you can just ignore this title, good for you, but it does look concerning that the developers would even consider to make this obtainable
