Photocarnis are easy to grow still. Just get the slot you wanna grow, kill it, get the sati from it or ask a friend/random person/alt for meat.

Probably not up to all of your imagination, how you guys wanted it, but I tried to make it a bit realistic (if it's fully aquatic, it wouldn't be just a pure snake and would need fins or something for the dart) so I made it hognose snake - eel-y - Leviathan-y thingy.
