This is very similar to one that was posted earlier but it is slightly different

Go to a small body of drinkable water as a photovore (not photocarni)

Start by stacking a ton of disease, then drink all that water

By the time the water is 0% you should have gotten sickly

Now you just keep drinking it

Or use a regular cregur and have a healer healing them so they dont die of hunger
